1. Data controller

The controller of the personal data collected through the fairplayfr.com website is Fairplayfr SAS, a simplified joint-stock company registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 902 415 776, whose registered office is located at 12 rue de la Paix, 75002 Paris, France.

2. Data collected

We collect the following data when the access verification form is submitted: first name, email address, date and time of submission, IP address and technical browser data. No banking data is requested at this stage.

3. Purposes

The data collected is used to: (a) send information about real estate projects available in the participant's region, (b) reply to consultation requests, (c) comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, (d) measure the audience of the site, subject to your consent.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent (Article 6.1.a GDPR) for program-related communications, and on our legitimate interest in ensuring the security of the site (Article 6.1.f GDPR).

5. Retention period

Form data is kept for three years from the last active contact. Technical data is kept for a maximum of thirteen months, in line with the recommendations of the French CNIL.

6. Recipients

Your data is intended for the authorised teams of Fairplayfr SAS and, where applicable, for our technical sub-processors located within the European Union (OVH hosting, professional messaging). No data is transferred outside the European Economic Area.

7. Your rights

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the amended French Data Protection Act, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, opposition and portability, as well as the right to define post-mortem directives. You can exercise these rights by writing to contact@fairplayfr.com or by post to the address of our registered office.
